Hiring to Firing. Effective Employment Practices. Description:   THIS COURSE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE 5 PERCENT DISCOUNT. To protect dentists from allegations arising out of the employer/employee relationship, TDIC will analyze dentists' employment practices and procedures, evaluating their exposures, and establishing new systems for documenting and communicating with employees. Through the examination of actual cases, the seminar will address some of the most common employment issues that dentists face: sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. This seminar will address real-world issues, touch on pertinent laws and give practical steps for the dental office.
